To adapt to requirements of different types of high-level personnel training for diversification of economic and social development,such as academic type, application type, compound type, universities are carrying out reform and Innovation, and exploring variety of new training models and approaches. In2006and2009,Beijing launched the first and the second program of cultivating graduates by combination of production, teaching and research one after another, and established10base with10universities as the center. With the10bases as the main object of study, this paper analysis the basic status of the Beijing Universities Graduates Cultivation of Combination of Production, Teaching and Research, and researches problems and reasons. In the last of the paper, a long-time development pattern is put forward.This paper adopts educational productivity and network theory, ration and determine analysis method, analysis actuality of the10bases. Through interviews and design issued four sets of questionnaire data obtained for the four groups (person in charge of management, business executives, graduate students and instructor), sums up the actuality:disciplines and research type, form and way of bases, the mode and manner of training graduates, the purpose and requirements of the base construction, project and funding sources and bases results, then comes to problems and their causes. Finally, this paper put forward recommendations of the establishment of government-led universities as the center, and cooperation to build multi-agent network training base as a platform for culture in the form of research project is based on the Graduate Students mode.
