With the popularization of higher education in the process, Chinese institutions ofhigher education gross enrollment rate increased year by year, the number of graduatestudents is also increments exponentially, and this case how to ensure the quality ofgraduate training has become times affected by public attention. It is clear that thefuture development of higher education for the nation to focus on improving the qualityof higher education and quality of personnel training in The outline of the2010-2020long-term development and reform programs.Undergraduate education and postgraduate education in higher education is animportant stage of the two, and the country’s education is a coherent style, so the issueof the smooth transition from undergraduate to graduate is particularly important, one ofthe students to the changing role of an important stage. Study section of the system tendto improve, the craze for graduate school-related issues have been the concern of thecommunity, but after the teaching, thesis design and aspects of schools and tutors, itsmanagement has not been given sufficient attention. Due to the postgraduate students,the preparations are very necessary.In order to improve the quality of postgraduate cultivating, to achieve the goal ofnational research capacity for high-level personnel training, in the face at many levelsand different backgrounds of students, universities and tutors to serve as leader and therole of manager is particularly important. For those students who learns from the basicknowledge of the undergraduate to postgraduate research capacity of exercise should bepay more attention, there are different ways to deal with the question of convergencefrom different angles, such as psychological resilience, sub-health status, and the face ofthe pressure of employment and to continue their studies, especially some institutionsand mentor for the student paper published requirements, and so can be solve fromdifferent aspects. This paper is based on the perspective of university administrators,focusing on the mentor role based on the leadership style of the instructor, further fromthe training process, training evaluation and management point of view, from schoolscontrolled student-management mode and training mode to find a way to improve thiscultivation of linking stages of students, based on the diversified culture of studentspersonalized, flexible management and thus improve the quality of the cultivating ofgraduate students.
