Explore The Educational Situation Of Migrant Workers

After the policy reform and opening up policy, migrant workers have become a huge labor team. As a special group of the social transformation, they are playing a significant role in economic growth and social development. However, they can not have equal assess right to educational system, which meaning they may lack of professional skill, may lead to various social problems. Besides, the right to education is the rights of every citizen and is the most basic rights under the Constitution and national laws. Migrant workers, as also a citizen of China, should be fair the right to education. Thus, great importance should attach to the issue. For seeking a better development of society, migrant workers should be placed into social security system which maintained by Chinese government and State. This article aim to investigation and analysis the existing literatures and aim to find the method to solve this problem. After done the research to education problems of migrant workers and migrant children and with combined the foreign experience in the transfer of rural labor education guaranteed, this paper will attempt to examine and rethink protection of the right to education of migrant workers in China.Finally, our countries should establish a series of legal system to protect the migrant workers’right of education.
