Even human exchanges become more frequently now, the dialogue is still the most important way of people’s daily interaction and communication. As a rich cultural and thoughtful curriculum and language education contains a large number of the dialogue between the different entities, they are not only the dialogue between the same space-time and teache’r-student dialogue, they are also different levels of spatial and temporal subject and text. The new standard for full-time language courses clearly pointed out:the teaching of reading is the process of dialogue between teachers, students and text. The meaning and function of the emphasis on dialogue, it will undoubtedly open up a new path for deepening the reform of the Language Education to enhance the quality of Language Education. Dialogue, equal communication pathway as a modern democratic society, which give full attention to the exchange of the main individual thinking, respect each other’s cultural background, equal to explore the truth of life and the world. The introduction of the dialogue on teaching the language classroom, not only help to achieve a good understanding and exchanges between the teacher-student, text, and more effective to achieve the goal of language teaching, so that students in an equal democracy, interactive symbiotic speech role of the media improve their language ability and literacy.The introduction part of the paper is to describe the meaning of the topics of the background, the thesis research methods and ideas related to the concept of defining and Home and Abroad to make full study materials for further elaboration of view.In the first chapter, it organizes the development of the dialogue theory.
