G University Students Food Poisoning Event Analysis

University students’canteen service has the direct bearing onthe university’s teaching and living order,meanwhile,it is the most sensitive factor to lead to safe accidents in a university.The reason of University canteen’s safe accidents is multiaspect, some are because of epidemiological medical reasons,some are because of social reasons and deep institutional defects.This article summarized the characteristics of University canteen’s safe accidents by contrasting several University canteen’s safe accidents,and established the standard of the case selection.In this way,the author choosed G university canteen’s safe accident as the chief case to study.This article can be divided to five parts.The first part is an introduction,mainly including the background of the topic,the significance of this article, the research methods, the research content.The second part described G university canteen’s safe accident clearly,including the reason of that safe accident,the solution and the social influence of that safe accident.The third part is the background of the incident,help us to know the whole accident.The fourth and fifth parts are used to tell the processing mechanism of this kind of safe accident,to discuss the deep reasons and to improve the processing mechanism.In this article,we come to an conclusion that though we have established a legal basis of pubic afe accident,we still have two omissions.The first is we still miss a legal administration to control the pubic afe accident,and the second omission is the information communication is not so well.Therefore, to establish a new effective administration is very necessary.
