Government purchase of social services, is the Shenzhen city community management service reform significant move, Ping Street Community Service Center of Shenzhen city as the first community service center comprehensive pilot was founded in December7,2010, the Ping Community Service project is established in the community integrated service platform of a regional project, the the project use of professional social work method, project operation, integrated service mode of operation; a foothold in the community, from demand, integration and transformation of resource, development diversified professional services as the basic operation; the integration of professional social work method to the community of the community elderly, the disabled, the poor families, and special care and placement object, women and children, vagrants and beggars and the majority of the community to provide convenient, professional, high quality "one-stop" services.The author in the Ping Street Community Service Center comprehensive practice period, responsible for the center’s nine community projects--Ping Community Service project, the project feasibility study, from the design, operation, to evaluate the whole process to undertake comprehensive and deep research. The first part of this paper for Ping Community integrated services for the project feasibility analysis, detailed design to prepare; second part is the main part of the project design; third part describes the project in the community service operation; the fourth part is the project interim evaluation; the fifth part is for the project of innovation mechanism, reference value and the author thinks.
