Research On Resource Integration In Community Service Project

With the change of social administration model in the transition period, community service project funded by government plays an important role in community development. The project entrusted from the government to social service organization should develop the value of social work. Integrating good resources is helpful to maximize the project benefits. This paper takes an example of Shanghai Hope Workshop. It makes an analysis of community, people, problems and policy environment under the framework of social work concept. The conclusion part states the achievements and problems to be solved. The final conclusion is that community service project should associate with social background and be conducted by related parties capable of making well-informed decisions and optimizing resources.
