Based on networks,the remote training has been generally acknowledged to be one of models on training teachers,which is effective and popular,can spread knowledge rapidly and satisfy the requirements of individualized learning.Currently,China has already initialized the IT literacy improvement project for teachers in fundamental education,which has already made some achievements.However,there are still some problems on remote training in some areas such as mismatch between the course resources and the teachers' needs,low level of resources utilization,difficulty on resources search and etc.Therefore,it is one of problems to be resolved urgently how to improve the resources service in the remote training on teachers.On the basis of the adult learning theory and individualized learning theory,this study has analyzed the characteristics of teachers learning.Through the interviews with the teachers who participated in the project on promoting the application skills of information technology for middle and primary school teachers in X city,the author has summarized the problems in the aspect of resource service of this training,which are resource supplying presupposition,mechanical and single-track resource utilization,inflexible resource management,single resource assessment,and so on.To solve the most popular problem in practice which is “hold on line”,this study design and implement a videos experiment on questions embedded.After analyzing the experiment data,we found that when adults learning videos with questions embedded their fatigue is relieved.Certainly,for the number of questions that is embedded into a video,it is not as the more as the better is the effect.Based on interviewing,user experience and experiment research,this study has brought out the optimizing strategies and methods from the following four dimensions: resource supplying mode,resource utilization process,resource management and evaluation.Theproblem of the teachers' “passive training” for the presupposition of resource supply can be settled by the crowd-funding method of curricula resources.Some strategies or methods such as the active presenting model of resources,the database of users' interests or preferences,the users' assessment confirmation,the problem embedded videos and etc.,can deal with the“mechanical”,“single-track” problem of resource utilizations.Setting up recommended database of resource and the socialized label can work out the “inflexible” problem of resource management.The “mono” problem of resource assessment can be resolved by multiple evaluating methods combining the quality with the quantity.Lastly,we made the optimized resource service model into videos,presented them to the training teachers to experience.Based on the feedback opinions of the questionnaire,the survey data show that degree of teachers' ratification in the four-dimensions of supplying,presenting,managing and evaluating reaches more than 84%,which can well confirm the optimization and feasibility of the strategies and methods.
