With the advent of the globalization age, enterprises face increased competition. The final factor in the enterprises competetion is competition for talents, so the talents become the essential tissue. How to bring into play the potential energy of talents? It needs a suitable object and a long-term design, which is the content of professional life design. Employee occupation career planning is to combine the individual interests, preferences, skills, strengths, experience and perfect personality and other aspects of comprehensive analysis and evaluation, and refer to the social characteristics of the times, to my occupation tendency as the basis, to determine the best occupation goal orientation, and to achieve this goal to make the most reasonable the best path arrangement. After the arrangements, the enterprises are in the good cycle state, and the competive advantages were enhanced, making enterprises stand at the unbeaten spot. At the same time, after professional life design, the personal object and the enterprise object were integrated, making the indivadual person gain the final life goal. Therefore, it is more important and more influential for both enterprise and indivadual person, as far as the company survival and development concerned.In this paper, a business was invesgated based on the facts. According to the theory of rational decision making and occupation development and psychological development, and person post matching, by using the method of the organization and the individual as the center combines the occupation career planning,the system model of enterprise employee occupation career design was found. In addition, the professional life design and principles in values of occupation and occupation tendency, and the effects of staff’s background on the professional life, were analyzed and discussed.After studying on the personal example of the enterprise A, including the professional design from the trying and officing term, the professional design and the development of enterprise were well integrated, leading to the double winning of staff and enterprise. The topic and content in this paper have both individualization and universality, which can give more values with reference for the professional design of human resources in the day-to-day development and management, especially for such small-scale private enterprises as A.
