The Research And Design For Graduate Student Guidance System Based JBPM Workflow

Network-based information education products is emerging in China. Computer and network technology promote the development of education, but the integration of information technology and education is still not sufficient, especially for this particular stage of education graduate education was not enough. Therefore we need to do further research.Workflow technology is a new technology in the field of computer information technology.So it should become a new research direction in the field of education.Papers analysis the characteristics of graduate education, getting the good aspect of other relevant educational information products, combined with educational technology theory, and proposed a subject on the education of graduate students and graduate instructors information platform based on JBPM workflow postgraduate guide learning system.Papers from the following aspects of the system were studied:1, the system mainly for research groups:graduate students and tutor.2,the system focused on learning areas:graduate students in independent study,research learning, project learning.3, the means of the system:Workflow theory and JBPM workflow engine.Through several aspects of the Graduate Student Guidance system researching attempt to achieve efficient to promote graduate student extra-curricular learning. On Second, the Graduate Student Guidance systems include the following two characteristics:1, In graduate education, workflow on variety of learning activities, research activities and teacher-student interactions activities play an important role. JBPM workflow engine design some functional modules in the Guidance system, highlighting the center of learning activities designing.2, Graduate Guidance System use but do not copy all the standard of workflow, but has been transformed on the basis of positive absorption. For example, because the learning activities is special in the field of education, so the learning activities in the flow of data not just simple documents and other business data, but the dynamic data that can react graduate student’s level of knowledge, learning ability, etc become an important aspect. These data are a graduate student information model in paper. Finally, the Graduate Guidance system is specific to this particular stage of education graduate education. At the end of the paper from three angles that are graduate study, mentor guidance and workflow effecting in this system evaluate and draw useful conclusions.
