College students are very valuable human resources, and they are the future andhope of the nation. The Central Committee of CPC and The State Councilpromulgated a document that the opinon about further Strengthening and improvingideological and political education. This document pointed out that Social practice isan important part of the Ideological and Political Education. Social practice as anirreplaceable role to promote university students to know the society, understand ofnational conditions, increase their abilities, contributing to society, exercisepersistence, cultivate character and enhance the social responsibility. It is an importantand urgent strategic task to strengthening and improving the ideological and politicaleducation of College Students and promote the healthy growth of collegestudents,under the current circumstances. Its theoretical significance and the practicalsignificance can not be ignored. College Students’ social practice as an importantlink of College Students’ Ideological and Political Education, has always been theparty and government attach great importance, More and more educators and students’are recognition and acceptance the point that the effect of help students establishcorrect world outlook, outlook on life, values and other aspects.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is introduction, Fromfour aspects introduced the students’ social practice problems that the researchsignificance, research methods, research status at home and abroad and the innovation.The second chapter, defined the concept of students’ social practice two aspects fromthe broad and narrow, combed the type of students’ social practice,and refining thecharacteristics of the students’ social practice.
