The Study Of College Students’ Social Practice Management Model With Shandong University As The Studying Case

In recent years, as the demand for the overall quality of college graduates becomes increasingly higher, social practice in school period is an important way to exercise these ability. During the reform of college education, some colleges and universities also emphasis more on the training function of social practice and also constantly push forward it. While comparing with the mature practice pattern in Europe, the United States, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, there are still many aspects to improve whether it is the level of awareness, organizational forms, or safeguard measures and long-term mechanism.In this paper, we start with the research on students’ social practice at home and abroad, and further the realizes in the theoretical and practical significance of college students to carry out research on social practice work mode. In the meanwhile, we define and analyze the concept of students’ social practice by combing the courses of development of the domestic students’ social practice. Then, taking Shandong University student social practice model for example, by means of questionnaires and interviews, we can find out the problems existing in current university students’ social practice work mode and then combine with the original research results and their work experience. Thereby, we are able to analyze the reason of the existence of the problems, consider the current actual situation and learn the mature experience from the abroad. After that, we can improve and enhance the current university students’ social practice working mode from the popularity of the students’ awareness of social practice, the content-level and university students practice base construction respectively. Thus promoting students’ social practice in order to better achieve its nurturing function and enhance the overall quality of students.
