Education return to the classroom is inevitable that any innovation and development shouldbe in this position on the classroom practice. Classroom management is an important factoraffecting the quality of classroom teaching, classroom teaching depends not only on the qualityof classroom teaching, but also depends on effective classroom management.Study about classroom management system began in the1950s on abroad, has not onlytheoretically, a large number of exploration, summed up a variety of classroom managementtheory and classroom management model, and the research results are widely used in teacher thecultivation and training, improve the quality of teachers’ professional. The importance ofclassroom management in the education system is self-evident. According to the requirements ofthe national "Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program (Trial)","China’s traditionalexam-oriented education "to the" quality education "to conduct a comprehensive transition, inthe face of a very important part of basic education-high school education reform is difficultstatus quo, in order to achieve the specific objectives of the basic education curriculum reform,the people of insight to create the concept of efficient classroom of high school. Efficientclassroom is a more ideal classroom model of education experts and front-line workers asopposed to the traditional classroom.In front of the new situation, according to the spirit of the times, classroom managementwill usher in a new challenge. New ideas, new perspectives, need for new classroommanagement strategies. From the front-line teachers’ point of view, explore efficient classroomperspective, the reasons behind the high school classroom management issues and proposestrategies for improvement, set as soon as possible to use the new classroom managementstrategies for classroom teachers struggle in the front line teaching, is committed to createefficient classroom for every student development services, these are can not be avoided at thisstage an important issue.This study is divided into five parts. Part I, Introduction: Firstly, introduce the topics ofreason, the account of the status quo and development trend of modern high school education,and clear throughout the several hypotheses of this study, accountable after the research directionand content. Secondly, the introduction of the research ideas and methods. Part II: Introduce therelevant theory. Firstly, define the meaning of this study, classroom management, classroom management to establish an appropriate classroom environment, to maintain good classroominteraction, and to promote classroom growth course. Secondly, from the perspective of theorganization of teaching analysis to determine the six elements of classroom management,including: classroom goals, learning resources, teaching strategies, classroom time, theclassroom environment and classroom discipline. Again, revealing the concept of efficientclassroom. Efficient classroom which is in a class of time teaching the subject (teachers andstudents) the exchange of information and emotional interaction, coordination of their ability andlevel, to complete the task of teaching and teaching objectives reached higher efficiency, betterand achieve a higher the educational value of the classroom. Part III: Explore the status ofclassroom management ought to be efficient classroom perspective. First, explore thecharacteristics of efficient classroom. Efficient classroom evaluation criterion used by theprocess evaluation. Secondly, to explore new classroom management should be the natural stateunder the guidance of efficient classroom characteristics and standards. Part IV: Railway HighSchool Classroom Management Survey and attribution analysis: including Railway High School,Classroom Management Survey and attribution analysis of three parts. Part V: according toattribution analysis, to explore classroom management improvement strategies under thePerspective of Efficient Class.
