With the development of technology, new knowledge changing every day, countries around the world shows the need of talented person for expertise volume, multi-standard, high-level features. From international and domestic environment, we can see that training post-graduate practice capacity is a difficult and important issue, directly related to the quality of graduate students and the employability competitiveness. And, Master of Educational Technology will work in the field of education after graduation, whether as teachers, teaching, tutoring, or the managers needing to have a strong practical ability, and enhancing practical work, in order to train students'future practical ability. So, whether on the perspective of employment or competent of future work, educational technology graduate should be trained practical ability, even strengthening the intensity of practice ability, developing training methods and approaches.Through looking over the training program of the 19 Educational Technology graduate students institutions, we can see that practical ability is the one of the Educational Technology graduate needing the abilities, and widely recognized. But the old models and methods of training graduates of Educational Technology practice ability have been used. This need improve. Secondly, through the literature and questionnaire found, scholars studying practical ability of Education Technology Master are less, and literatures are not sufficient; And the Universities are lack of development experiences of training Education Technology Master, less resource is input; Only put training practical ability on the slogan level, action needs to be strengthened; there will be vague relations between theory and practice, bringing practice as part of theory; The current situations are lack of practice teachers, less practice time, the contents of thin, lack of practice base status, which are not conducive to educational technology professional development of graduate students, but also not conducive to Educational Technology development. Therefore, this article intends to find the problems in the training of Educational Technology graduates practice abilities from the survey of postgraduate practice ability of the current situation. Then, it will analyze and solve the main problem involving the area. And based on there preliminary analysis, specific strategies to solve problems are put forward, in order to strengthen the Educational Technology Master's practice ability.Paper structure and the details of the various chapters as follows:The first chapter the preface introduces choosing the reasons of training Educational Technology students practice ability, significance, basic research methods and research process framework.The second chapter is studied that the theoretical study of practical ability of Educational Technology postgraduate. This is the good preparation to the back.The third chapter controls the status about postgraduates of Educational Technology in training practical ability, mainly through research on the training direction of Educational Technology postgraduate, degree of concern of training Educational Technology postgraduates and ways of training practical ability.The fourth chapter finds the problems of educational technology graduate practical capacity training based on the analysis of questionnaire survey. There are four main areas: postgraduates of self-prepared; unsound related policies, non-fulfill policy; lack of teaching content in schools, not abundant educational resources; lagging professional practice bases outside construction.In fifth chapter, tactics master of Educational Technology in practice ability are put forward. There are four respects of from graduate students to grasp their own individual growth, improving relevant policies and security institution, strengthening and improving relevant aspects of school education, and focusing on construct of the practice bases.The sixth Chapter summarizes the major research and future work outlook.This paper raises the strategies of training master of Educational Technology practice ability, which is an exploratory attempt. Hope that more educational institutions, research organizations and academics participate in related research. As the writer's limited capacity and weak knowledge, this article still has many shortcomings, to need continuous improvement.
