As a highlight of the new curriculum reform of basic education in 2001,the comprehensive practical activity curriculum has received extensive attention from all walks of life.Its curriculum implementation has achieved certain results,but there are also some problems.The Guidelines for Comprehensive Practical Activity Curriculum in Primary and Middle Schools,promulgated in September 2017,are used as a sign of the standardized development of the comprehensive practical activity curriculum.The aim of this curriculum is to cultivate students' awareness and ability of recognizing value,assuming responsibility,solving problem and materializing innovation.The primary school responsibility objectives discussed in this study are: to carry out service activities centering on daily life,to deal with basic affairs in life,to develop self-care ability,independent spirit,and life-loving attitude,and to actively participate in school and community life.On the basis of combing the existing research results,this study constructed the target evaluation system of assuming responsibility as the inspection standard.Through the questionnaire survey method,the questionnaires were distributed to students in grade 3 to grade 6 of H primary school.Interviews with school leaders,comprehensive practical activities teachers,class teachers,parents and students are supplemented by interview survey methods.The study found that the goal of assuming responsibility was not valued by school teachers,the number of activities related to responsibility-assuming was relatively small,the quality of activities related to responsibility-assuming needed to be improved,and the development of activities related to responsibility-assuming was hindered greatly.To this end,this study puts forward the following suggestions: Enriching comprehensive practice activities and studying relevant policy documents in order to change teachers' understanding.Optimizing the full-time and part-time structure,organizing school-based training and outdoor learning and encouraging independent development,so as to improve the overall level of teachers.Establishing the curriculum research and management center for comprehensive practical activities,designing the implementation plan,supervising the implementation and follow-up effect of the curriculum,and organizing the teaching and research activities.Seeking the support of funds and system to improve the external guarantee of comprehensive practice activities.This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction,which explains the reason of this study,the significance of the study,literature review,research design and innovation.The second part is about the connotation of related concepts and the theoretical basis.The third part is to construct evaluation system of responsibility responsibility from four aspects: purpose,basis,principle and content.The fourth part is an investigation of the achievement of assuming responsibility objective for comprehensive practice curriculum,including the preparation,the process and the result analysis.The fifth part is the summary and analysis of the existing problems in the achievement of assuming responsibility objective for comprehensive practice curriculum.The sixth part is the suggestion to promote the achievement of the assuming responsibility objective for comprehensive practice curriculum.The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect.
