National higher education enrollment caused embarrassing relationship to undergraduate educational resources so that we begin the deepthinking about imbalancement of educational resources.2006-2010,undergraduate education in Gansu Province has made considerable progress, but at the same time during this period,these is a larger gap between Gansu Province and other regions in China on the development, management and use of undergraduate education resources.It is nesessary to have self-examineation and promote development by Gansu Province,and need to research and study the situation of undergraduate educational resources.Through the analysis of study:configuration and utilization of Undergraduate Education resources is key issues of adaption to the socialist construction and promotion development. To solve the problem of undergraduate educational resources.government. society, schools should be make the joint efforts based on resource reserves.rational allocation of resources as a fundamental, efficient use of resources and management for the purpose.Government should optimize the allocation of resources on the macro-policy envirnment, make direction of the use of resources, increasing the investment on education funding. technology, talent, improve the economic strength of Gansu Province;community should strengthen the management of human,financiald,material resources and information resource,accept the inspection and supervision of government.society and third-party, improve the efficiency of resource usement in the case of limited resources.The community should give great support to the development of undergraduate education, through cooperation with colleges to promote the supplies and flow of the undergraduate educational resources.
