Training Factors Analysis Of Gansu Province Ordinary Professional Sports Examinee

Physical training of college entrance examination is a heavy and complicated work, andthere are many factors that influence the training effect. With the further reform of educationand physical college entrance examination reform, physical college entrance examinations haveundergone tremendous and profound changes from the examination content to the trainingforms. Combined with the actual situation of Gansu province sports examinees and accordingto the surveys of parts of Gansu province physical college entrance examination candidatesand their coaches, this study starts with the training factors of ordinary sports candidates inGansu Province, aims at the existing problems and provides corresponding references andsuggestions for Gansu province sports examinees and coaches through the discussion.This paper uses the method of literature consultation, investigation, observation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis, and takes Gansu province physical collegeentrance examination candidates and their coaches as the research object. Investigation andanalysis on Gansu Province ordinary high school coaches status, academic level, managementcapacity and the concern extent on physical education of the high school leaders, Through thestudy, it is found that the effects on current development situation of Gansu Province ordinaryPE majors training factors are:（1）The effects on training factors of Gansu Province ordinaryPE majors are: the coaches, the examinee, related factors in training, the recognition degree ofordinary senior middle school leaders for supporting sports （.2）Gansu Province ordinary highschool youth sports teachers occupy a great proportion in the sports college entranceexamination coaches group，professional structure is reasonable and professional level ishigher; the structure of the coach team tends to be more reasonable and can satisfy therequirements of the sports college entrance examination training.（3）gender proportion incollege sports examinees has larger difference, male students are more than female students,the examinee age is mainly distributed in between19and22, the purposes of college sportsexaminees attending examination training is clear（.4）the arrangement in the training contentsand the understanding for training objective of Gansu Province sports college entranceexamination coaches are relatively clear, only a handful of coaches have not properly relatetraining contents and training objective for sports college entrance examination.（5）Mostsports college entrance examination coaches have enough cognition to psychological skillstraining. The psychological training arrangement is reasonable in the process of training, but in terms of adopting psychological training method should be improved.（6）Training meansand methods that Gansu Province sports college entrance examination coaches use arecomparatively rational and base on intermittent training method, continuous training method,and transform training method.（7）The sports injury of Gansu Province college sportsexaminees has obvious location and characteristic and the highest percentages are waist injury,periostitis, ankle injury, leg injury, etc.（8）The recognition degree of ordinary senior middleschool leaders for supporting sports is high. Training venues can basically meet the trainingneeds of the sports college entrance examination, but the training equipments and the welfarebenefits of coaches should be improved.Aiming at present situation influencing the Gansu Province ordinary PE majors trainingfactors, this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1) The high school should improve the professional quality level of coaches, boost thetheory study ability, reinforce scientific training and cultivate all-round development as wellas high-quality sports talents;(2) School leaders should supervise the training plan which ismade by coaches.(3) The sports college entrance examination coaches should closelystrengthen the relationship between training objectives and training content, and finally makescientific and reasonable training, reasonably arrange the training load of sports collegeentrance examination, scientifically and effectively adopt various training methods andmeans..(4)The sports college entrance examination training coaches should accuratelyunderstand the importance of psychological training in the training process.(5)Strengthen thesafety awareness and effort to reduce the incidence of sports injury in the process of the sportscollege entrance examination training.(6) The high school should further support andmanage the sports college entrance examination training, establish an effective incentivemechanism.
