Analysis On The Related Factors Of 200 Meter Track And Field Special Training In College Entrance Examination Of General Physical Education In Gansu Province

In recent years,with the continuous promotion and deepening of the reform of basic education,the college entrance examination is also in constant reform.As an important part of art examinees,general physical education examinees also occupy a place in college entrance examination students.Therefore,the reform of college entrance examination of physical education has a strong practical significance.Under the background of college entrance examination reform,the college entrance examination of general physical education in Gansu Province has also undergone relevant changes.The 200 m track and field is an important part of the college entrance examination of general physical education,which has a great impact on the results of college entrance examination of physical education students.Therefore,it is urgent to promote the research on the training influencing factors of the 200 m track and field candidates in the college entrance examination of general physical education in Gansu Province.In this paper,50 college entrance examination physical education coaches and200 physical education examinees from 50 schools and 7 cities in Lanzhou,Qingyang,Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Zhangye,Jiuquan,Longnan and Dingxi of Gansu Province are taken as the research objects.Through the research methods of literature,investigation,observation and mathematical statistics,the 200 meter special training phase of track and field in college entrance examination of general physical education in Gansu Province is studied Based on the analysis of the influencing factors,some suggestions are put forward to improve the training effect of the 200 meter track and field special examinees in the college entrance examination of general physical education in Gansu Province.The results show that in the past three years,about 15% of the total number of candidates registered for the 200 meter track and field events,and the factors affecting the training of the 200 meter track and field candidates in the college entrance examination of general physical education mainly include candidates themselves,coaches,training venues and equipment,and other four aspects.Starting from the examinee factors,the physical quality of 200 m track and field examinees is in the middle and top level;most 200 m examinees begin to take part in the training at thehigh school stage;39.6% of the examinees choose 200 m track and field special because of the admission rate of college entrance examination.From the coach factor,most of the coaches are aged 36-45;most of the coaches have training experience but the level of scientific research is weak,and the on-the-job coaches have less opportunities to participate in the training;many coaches lack scientific and systematic training plans,and train with personal experience;coaches pay more attention to the candidates' physical quality and special technical training,but they are concerned Lack of training in management.From the perspective of venue conditions,the training venues are relatively backward,and there is a large gap between the training venues and the standard test venues,which can not meet the needs of candidates for training and preparation.From other factors,school leaders and parents pay more attention to examinees and their support is generally high;coaches pay less attention to the relaxation of examinees after training.In this regard,the following suggestions are put forward: strengthen the professional training of coaches,improve scientific research ability and training literacy.The school establishes a scientific and reasonable management system and adopts a three-year cycle system to lead the team.We should pay attention to the cultivation of students' tenacity,enhance students' self-confidence by means of communication and encouragement,and improve students' ability to resist pressure by means of simulation training.The school supervises and checks the work of coaches to improve the training efficiency.It is suggested that parents support the training of college entrance examination.The training work of coaches,the results of college entrance examination and the performance evaluation of coaches are organically linked to stimulate the enthusiasm of the majority of physical education educators.
