As the first generation of Chian’s only child, the "post-80s"has always been concerned by scholars. Now, as they get into marriage life in a large scale, they also have gradually become the core component of modern family component. For the family of post-80s, on one hand, the couples faced the real economy pressure of rising housing prices, prices and supporting the old, rearing child, Women had to go out to work, but most of the post80s female are deeply impacted by the thought of equality between men and women and the women’s Liberation Movement, so they are in the pursuit of work and realizing their own value, and undertaking the family expenses,at the same time they want to seek equality at home, that men can change the traditional idea and active chores; On the other hand, although80males are also influenced by the thought of equality between men and women, but the traditional gender concept in them is still ingrained, they want women to work outside the home in order to undertake the family expenses, at the same time they also hope that women still bear the housework.; In such a collision of tradition and modernity, the conflict because of housework to the post-80s’family is more obvious.Therefore, this study selected social gender theory and the role theory as the theoretical foundation, then describe the household labor status through face-to-face in-depth interviews and observation on80City dual-career families; And through in-depth understanding of the post-80s role expectation to each other in the division of household labor in order to analyze the post-80s couples’role conflict, and the substance and influence of conflict, And on this basis show that the post-80s couples ideal model of household labor should be a kind dynamic equilibrium model of "common principal, division of labor inside".
