This article analyzes the possibility of Husserl’s phenomenology epistemology to the introduction of Ideological and Political Education of college students. It reflects the problems of the Ideological and Political Education in the cognitive aspects. Including cognitive attitude bias, the main object of communication awareness, methods of education to understanding is not in place. The three angles of the article described the phenomenon of learning how to solve the problems of Ideological and Political Education.The first angle is the "phenomenological reduction" point of view. The article analyzes the significance of "face the facts themselves" phenomenological attitude. It noted that the performance and hazards of a departure from the "face the facts themselves" phenomenological attitude. And the reflection, awareness and change in the method should be adopted to establish "face the facts themselves" phenomenological attitude. The second angle is the intersubjectivity point of view. The article analyzes the significance of the intersubjectivity. It pointed out the lack of neglect intersubjectivity, put forward by strengthening relations and increase interaction and environmental construction building intersubjectivity relationship between teachers and students. The third angle is the angle of the "living world". The article analyzes the significance of the "living world" of Ideological and Political Education. It pointed out that the lack of performance and reasons of the "living world" of education. The article thick we should change their concept, build relations, increase case and improved methods.Finally, the article concluded that the cognitive attitude of "phenomenological reduction" is conducive to the transformation of the Ideological and Political Education of college students. The intersubjectivity helps to improve the Ideological and Political Education of college students in teacher-student relationship. The "living world" is conducive to expansion of the Ideological and Political Education methods of education.
