The Teacher’s Adaptive Performance means: In teaching, teachers’ types of conduct toeffectively respond to the work requirements and environmental changes. AdaptivePerformance is enrich and improve on the basis of the original performance theory, and give abetter interpretation of the dynamic adaptability in a changing environment.The literature analysis, interviews, questionnaire surveys and other research methods areused in this study, and on the basis of Teacher’s Adaptive Performance of this studiedcompiled, researched the Aadaptive Performance、Transforming Leadership and the coreself-evaluates together. This study also using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factoranalysis, structural equation modeling and other statistical techniques, obtained the followingresults:First factor: Teacher’s Adaptive Performance with three dimensions, the pressure onemergency handling, innovative problem-solving, interpersonal and cultural promotion, bettertheoretical models of the three factors, and reliability and validity of Teacher’s AdaptivePerformance questionnaire have reached psychometric requirements.Second factor: Different gender, age, seniority, salary status, marital status has differentaffected to Teacher’s Adaptive Performance. The specific performance is: Teacher’s AdaptivePerformance were not significant in the teachers’ salaries and marital status differences, but inthe comparison of different gender, the male teachers of adaptive performance pressure andemergency treatment, and human and cultural promotion on the two dimensions weresignificantly higher than that of female teachers(p<0.01), and teachers of different ages in theInterpersonal culture promote dimension of Adaptive Performance is extremelydifference(t=-2.715, p<0.001), there were also have significant differences in seniority.(F=2.468, p<0.05)Third factor: confirmed by studying the leadership styles of Transforming Leadership, inthe regulation of core self-evaluation, it can have a positive impact on the AdaptivePerformance of the teachersFinally, points out the shortcomings of this study in the research process, and described. Theimprovement of the future’s direction.
