Among therole conflicts of rural high school politics teachers, there are inter-role conflicts, such as between being themoral authority and the role of being friends, and intro-role conflicts, such as the conflicts betweendifferent expectations for one role. The author concludes the main reasons that lead to role conflict.Externally, it is mainly due to high social expectations for teachers, enormous pressure of the educationalenvironment, and teachers’lack of training. Internally, it is mainly because that the teachers’own state ofmind is not adjusted in place, plus teachers’ improvement of their own quality fails to keep pace with the accelerated updating of knowledge. Therefore, the article concludes with some countermeasures andsuggestions to solve the rural high school politics teachers’ role conflict: the society should create arelaxed educational environment for rural high school politics teachers; rural high schools should create agood working environment for politics teachers; especially the rural high school politics teachers shouldmake their own efforts to resolve the conflict of roles.
