In the autumn of2008, the Henan Province ordinary high school new curriculum reform to pullopen heavy curtain. In the new curriculum, high school history curriculum structure, content and otheraspects than original course had bigger breakthrough, reflects the new ideas, filled with fresh flavor of thetimes. The implementation of new history curriculum smoothly or not, the key lies in the quality of historyteachers, and teacher’s quality mainly depended on the success of the teacher training. Thereforestrengthening the high school history teacher training plays an important role in the research.This article through the investigation of the basic situation to the high school history teachertraining, finds the problems existing in the training, analyzes the reason of the question, and in theinvestigation, on the basis of the analysis further explore the improvement of history teacher trainingcountermeasure, in order to promote the high school history curriculum reform smoothly.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction, which mainly elaborated the selected topic reason and themeaning of writing, the current status of middle school history teacher training and the training of thoughtand method.The second part based on the constructivism, teachers’ professional development and adultlearning theory as the theoretical basis of this paper, the effectiveness of teachers’ training is analyzed.The third part is a survey of the status quo of high school history teacher training in HenanProvince. The first provides a brief description of the survey scheme design. Second, on the basis of thequestionnaire analysis, come to the achievements of the current history of teacher training and problems,and further analyze the reasons.The fourth part is the core of this thesis, mainly on the current high school history teachertraining problems put forward their own suggestions and countermeasures.
