The development of rural education research is extremely rich, but the researches of champion village are not rare. To make research of the Ling Nan champion village—Bugu village what could fill the rural education weakness. Explore champion village reasons what could provides a reference case for the rural education development. On the basis of the Anthropology of education selective assimilation strategy theory and emic and etic approach, the village of family education, school education, community education in all aspects. In the end of this research, the focus shifts onto the relationship between traditional culture and modern education relations. In the multicultural society background, the education concept of Bugu village traditional culture what promote to the village education development. In the role of traditional culture, the villagers pay attention to modern education and development modern education. They correct handling the nation’s culture and mainstream culture differences. The multicultural can harmonious symbiosis. The Bugu village is sample of new rural construction and rural education development reference in China.
