With the rapid development of the world economy, the talented person’s request becoms more and more high, the highly independent management ability has become one of the important factors to consider talent. Our" people-oriented" concept of education also calls for education on students implement autonomous management, self-management ability of high school is a critical stage of development, only attach importance to the independent management of senior high school students, to cultivate the talents for society. Therefore, the high school students self management ability of high school education has become one of the important research topics.The main body of this study is allotted together for six major part, Part I is from research background, theory basis and research method that the purpose studying studies with significance having introduced the main body of a book as a whole.
