Along with the economic development and political reform, Chinese society’s process of urbanization continues to accelerate. Then, resulting in many urban problems such as urban management issues and the issue of the survival of the migrant. This thesis seeks to find the root causes of these problems. First of all, we need to be clear what is the urbanization. I used the definition of urban sociology, urbanization refers to an urban lifestyle development process. It means that people continue to be attracted to the cities, and incorporated into the organization of city life, but also means that with the development of the urban lifestyle, it continues to be strengthen. Secondly, D District of Harbin city will be as the object of study,to find out the root causes of conflicts between urban management and vendors in the D region. Preliminary determination is the D region conflict events and migrant pseudo-urbanization. The majority of traders losing their land and forced into the city to engage in Commodity operated by landless peasants into the city to the urban lifestyle, but they are out of the city life and outside the organization, urban groups, especially the urban elite groups. To survive, they struggle with the irrational system, the concentrated expression of the conflict with the urban management. Finally, analyze the reasons of the conflict and find out the program of urban management and migrant (vendors) contradiction, that is, to change the identity of the "pseudo-urbanization of migrant canceled the household registration system into the real estate economy-led urbanization development model. Concluded:Chinese society is the existence of pseudo-urbanization, this pseudo-urbanization concentrated expression of the migrant’s pseudo-urbanization, migrant who entered into the city is still the farmer be treated by farmer, not as the city people.
