Research On The Vocational Education Of Migrant Workers In Jilin Province Under The Background Of New Urbanization

New urbanization is an inevitable choice for economic and social development,and it is also an inevitable choice for China to create a road to urbanization with Chinese characteristics.Different from traditional urbanization,the new urbanization is oriented towards improving the quality of urbanization.The key point is to promote the urbanization of “people” and propose that the primary task of new urbanization is to promote the urbanization of agricultural transfer population in an orderly manner..Therefore,studying the issue of urbanization of migrant workers in this context is of great significance.The primary problem for migrant workers to leave the countryside and move to cities is employment.After employment meets basic needs of life,it is possible to make “civilization” decisions.Therefore,in order to promote the sustainable and stable employment of migrant workers in the context of new urbanization,Vocational education work and effective protection of the employment of migrant workers are the Chinese dreams of migrant workers and have important theoretical and practical significance.This paper firstly reviews the research status of vocational education for migrant workers at home and abroad,and defines the related concepts of new urbanization,migrant workers citizenship,migrant workers,vocational education,labor transfer theory,human capital theory,public product theory and civil rights.The theory is elaborated and laid the theoretical foundation for the development of this research.At the same time,an analysis of the current situation of vocational education for migrant workers in Jilin Province was carried out.It is concluded that in the new urbanization construction,there is a problem that the individual cost of vocational education for migrant workers is higher,the vocational ability of migrant workers is too single,and the vocational education training mode of migrant workers is separated from the market demand.And analyze the causes of the problems from the two aspects of migrant workers' own factors and external factors.On the basis of the above research,it is proposed that the improvement of vocational education for migrant workers in the context of new urbanization should be based on the construction of a long-term mechanism for the employment of migrant workers in vocational education,the improvement of vocational education training mode,and the improvement of vocational education.The workers' capital investment awareness is aimed at improving the development of vocational education for migrant workers,promoting the urbanization of migrant workers,and promoting the construction of new urbanization in China.
