China's urbanization process is closely linked to the level of economic development?Along with the achievements of reform and opening up in all aspects of society,China has developed from a large agricultural country to an industrial power,and has gradually formed a social structure of urban-rural dual structure.Along with the achievements of reform and opening up in all aspects of society,China has developed from a large agricultural country to an industrial power,and has gradually formed a social structure of urban-rural dual structure.In recent years,traditional urbanization has begun to transition to new urbanization,and the coordinated development of urban and rural integration has become a new requirement for urbanization.With the economic development entering the new normal,the industrial structure is optimized and upgraded,the city's demand for migrant workers' labor has formed a push,and the pull of the support of migrant workers' returning to the rural employment policy has set off a boom in migrant workers returning to their hometowns.Paying attention to people's mental health,improving people's happiness,and longing for a better life have always been the focus of the party and the country and the direction of their efforts.The measurement of happiness can largely reflect the psychological feelings of migrant workers returning home after returning home.In this paper,questionnaires and in-depth interviews were used to conduct research and research.The data was collected at Enshi,Hubei Province.A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed and 20 in-depth interviews were conducted.This article uses the overall happiness scale revised by Duan Jianhua's scholars to measure the subjective well-being of returning migrant workers.Using SPSS20.0 software to analyze the questionnaire data,describe and analyze the happiness of the research subjects,and find that the subjective well-being of returning migrant workers is at the upper middle level.Factor analysis of the subjective well-being influence factor scale,extracting five main factors,and establishing a model through subjective well-being through multiple regression analysis,it is concluded that social support,quality of life,social network,and life satisfaction are positive for subjective well-being.Impact,personal ability constraints have a negative impact on overall well-being.This paper combines the results of quantitative research with the information obtained from in-depth interviews,combined with the new urbanization background and the living conditions of returning migrant workers,from the perspective of the factors affecting the subjective well-being of migrant workers returning from different levels,respectively,at the macro level.Social support,social networks at the meso level,quality of life,life satisfaction at the micro level and personal capacity constraints.Explore ways to improve the subjective well-being of returning migrant workers,including government public policies,corporate employers,personal quality training,and mental and mental health.Try to use social work methods to intervene in the subjective well-being of returning migrant workers,and provide new ideas for improving the subjective well-being of returning migrant workers.
