Self-study high education undergraduate course is one of the new born high education form. Although under the certain background and condition, it developed healthy and orderly. However, it had some problems that we can’t deny. Such as software strength can’t match hardware strength. Nowadays, the study of self-study high education undergraduate course is mainly on the policy research. But the study on the students of self-study high education undergraduate course mostly emphasize on their scores of examination and neglect their integrated development.This thesis is take self-study high education undergraduate course students as the research subject. Through the investigation techniques, we read the present situation of the self-study high education undergraduate course students, We believed that their all have got trouble in study and mental health. For example, tend to go overboard on one or some subjects, the interest of study is not strong, and some certain obstacle on study; moreover, excessive burden on study, mental health, obtain employment, and the others.Through the investigation techniques, we read the present situation of the self-study high education undergraduate course students, we believe that have three main problem: lack the capability of seek social resources, have difficulties in face problem, can’t find the better way to deal with the problem.From the strength perspective, we research those three problem, through the view of promote resillence, use Group social work method and Case social work method to intervene their problem, promote their resillence. Promote the capability of seek social resources, face the problem correctly and find the better way to deal with the problem.
