With the deepening of reform and opening up and economic development, Ourcountry gradually transform into modern society from the traditional society; the scale ofsocial mobility from rural to urban areas become larger and larger. Given the current urbanand rural policy framework migrant children can not enjoy the same educationopportunities as city children and also are excluded from rural education system; as aresult they are gradually hugely marginalized group. So Focuse on psychological problemsof migrant children is particularly important for their healthy growth. Resilience is theability to adapt and adjust when persons are in the face of difficulties, which is the base ofmigrant children’s physical and psychological healthy development. In the paper firsthanddatas were collected by questionnaire survey and interview methods, etc. On the analysisof the main factors influencing migrant children s resilience we have Summarized themethods to improve it; then the activities of confident group and relationship group wereproved to effectively improve interpersonal skills and confidence and increased themigrant children s resilience to a certain degree.To improve the migrant children s resilience, in the paper, after the analysis of themain factors influencing it, by Social work in solving migrant children s psychologicaland behavioral problems effectively some suggestions were brought up to improve themigrant children s resilience, which provide the related information for later researchers.
