Study On The Academy Teaching Target Management System In Normal Higher School

The purpose of higher education is training advanced special talents, and training of talents achieves in Teaching Activities, Teaching is the central work in school, academies and departments make up the main body of Teaching. Therefore, quality of teaching is the life line of a school, developing the level of Teaching Management, changing the method of academy teaching management becomes the very important job of institution of Higher Learning. So the necessary method to achieve high efficiency and high quality is Management by Objectives; making scientific and efficient Appraisal System of Management by Objectives is the foundation of enforcing Education Target Evaluation and the key link of realizing Education Objective Management.This essay uses Theory of Objective Management and Theory of System as theory foundation to analyze the problems existed in university A’s Academy Teaching Objective Management, gives targeted advices and try to present some Optimize Policy to the University Teaching Objective Management System. This essay mainly has four parts:The first part——"Introduction". This part introduces the origin and purport of searching, analyses the current situation of university Teaching Objective Management Evaluation, and makes a brief explanation;The second part——"Theoretical Investigation". This part introduces the concept connotation of objective management and University Academy Teaching Objective Management System, expound the theory foundation of university Academy Teaching Objective Management, and analyze in four parts:the formulation of management objectives, the design of the index system, the appraisal of the organization and implementation and the feedback of the evaluation information;The third part——"Problem Analysis". This part is combining with the situation of university A, make a survey about the Academy Teaching Objective Evaluation work of it, present the problems which exist in the above four aspects, and analyze the causes, include less scientific of target system, less validity of index system, lacking of dynamic monitoring, lag of dealing with the evaluation information, and so on;The fourth part——"Optimizing countermeasures". This part aim at the problem existed in Objective Management, present the tactics to optimizing University Teaching Objective Management System by completing and standardizing the Target System, building scientific Evaluation Index System, and optimizing the process of Evaluation Implement.
