A Thesis On Transforming Class Organization Into Learning Community

The class is the basic unit of educational activities in the modern school system, but also the students’ learning activities hosted organization. It is adopted by most countries in the modern world. Yet it is far from perfect, there are some defects and deficiencies, and sometimes it appeared to be inadequate to cater for individual differences, the implementation of individualized. With the changes in the support system of school education theory, some certain deficiencies seemed to be prominent, scholars have been trying to improve it for a long time.Tennise, the Germany scholar, thought that the concept of community and society was different, life in community was close, simple, which is full of strong feelings among people, people who participated in the community were able to feel the close relationship between themselves and other people. On the basis of his theory, academics embedded community concepts in the learning context, leading to the formulation of the learning community and they began the attempt of building a learning community.The class organizations are now facing some problems and difficulties, in order to well adapt to the modern society, it is important to introduce the concept of community into school education. A theoretically feasible movement is transforming the class unit into learning community. The fact many practice are being carried out has been a strong proof e proof that the idea is possible. The trying of transforming the classroom into learning community covers a broader conversion, including the principles and methods of initiatives, changes in status and the relationship between learners and teachers in classes and, so it is a complicated system, according to the practice of some scholars, I think that it can be divided into three stages:the planning phase, implementation phase and maintenance phase, and at last we could fulfill our target.
