The biology is an experimental science.21st century is the century of the life science. There are various kinds of factors included in the biology experimental teaching to cultivate the students’ innovation ability. The biology experimental teaching offer a good environment for the students’ innovation ability. The starting point to researching the problem is to inherit advantages of Chinese elementary education an make up disadvantages of present education in our country. In the way we can reduce the gap between ideal and reality, seek joint point between theory and practice and play an important role that can’t be substituted of subject teaching in training students’ innovation ability.This passage has explained innovation, innovation ability, exploration, exploring teaching and exploring experiment at first. This passage are based on changing students’ study way and advocating exploring teaching.In the process of topic implementation, the subject is adopted an experiment group and comparison group to measure experiment mode separately, based in the analyse of the other’s education experience,and combined with the writer and the other’s education experience.After two years application, the writer has analysed the scores of the students with Z-test. All prove that compared to the students in comparison group, the students in the experiment group have improved their innovation ability.
