The Study On The Innovative Personnel Training Mode Of Universities

The society today is in a rapid changing epoch. With the deepening and development of innovative education research, the present education theory is difficult to adapt the current trend and speed of social development, thus it is imperative for the reform. The strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education having been carried out, the advanced concept of educational reform is brought to the field of our higher education. hence we have to pay much more attention to foster the innovative talents who possess the innovative consciousness, innovative ability and high quality, which is undoubted to become an important trend of higher education in the future. Therefore, the study for innovative cultivating model is not only conducive to the improvement of theoretical research, but also good for the exploration of cultivation model of creative talents, which would bring new opportunities to the cultivation of innovative talents.There are four parts in this thesis. Firstly, this article outlines the background and significance of the research, puts forward relevant questions then tries to find the characteristics and trends of the research from literature reviewing.Subsequently, the paper analyses the basic theory of innovative cultivating model, which is a good base for the exploration and theory research. This thesis studiesthe "Mao yisheng Class talent cultivating mode" which is the first attempt on talent training mode in SWJTU by analysing the characteristics and status with the situation of Mao Yisheng class,then outlines the newly established Mao Yisheng Honors College. It adopts the new innovative training mode based on experiences of Mao Yisheng class, that is, the "undergraduate-graduate" breakthrough cultivating mode and the "TMTE" system by innovation and Entrepreneurship. Research and analysis on the innovative cultivating mode of Mao Yisheng Honors College not only provides the strong theoretical foundation for our university’s innovative training practices in the future, but also offers a strong theoretical and practical basis for the elite education in SWJTU.
