Research On The Construction Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Talent Training Model Of College Physical Education In Changchun

The current state to the training of innovative talents is very seriously,the Ministry of education clearly pointed out that local colleges and universities to promote higher education innovation and entrepreneurship education as a comprehensive reform,comprehensively promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship.Under this background,it is very necessary and urgent to cultivate the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.Starting from the above understanding,students majoring in Physical Education in 4 universities in Changchun city as the research object,using the methods of literature data method,questionnaire survey method and experience summary method,comparison method,investigated the situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students majoring in physical education Changchun City,combined with the University for the characteristics and defects of innovation entrepreneurial talent training,and discusses the training mode for Changchun physical education innovation and entrepreneurship.The article is divided into the following five parts:The first part: sort out the relevant literature,introduce the research purpose and significance of this topic,clarify the research ideas,research content and research methods.The second part,literature review at home and abroad,through the review of current domestic and foreign college students personalized education and innovation education research status,and design ideas and methods of research.The third part is the analysis of the present situation,discusses the goals and contents of physical education professional education necessity,innovation and entrepreneurship education,and college students majored in physical education Changchun City College as the research object,based on the actual survey data,analyzes the current situation of Physical Education College Students' innovation ability,to find out the school there in the cultivation of College Students' innovation ability problems,and analysis of its causes.The fourth part elaborates the development of innovation and entrepreneurshipeducation at home and abroad,focusing on supporting students to adapt and develop knowledge intensive business innovation and entrepreneurship education practice at home and abroad,combined with the policy system,carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities home and abroad education and practice experience,to provide a reference for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education mode in this paper.The fifth part is the construction of the Changchun City University Physical Education Professional Training of innovation personnel training mode,including organizational structure,personnel training,personnel training mode of curriculum teaching mode and talents training mode of practice,personnel training and personnel training mode of security evaluation model.
