The Study On Optimization About Ideological And Political Educational Enviroment In Universities

Any educational activities are inseparable from the educational environment. Similarly, the ideological and political education need the environment to be supported. From the compositional point, the ideological and political educational environment has abundant content. Specifically, according to the different functions of ideological and political education environment, the factors can be divided into teaching and learning environment, university administrative environment, and student government environment. Meanwhile, we can adopt the treasure about the physical environment and spiritual environment dichotomy specific analysis of the’ main content of the three sub-environment. The material part of the teaching and learning environment can be divided into ideological and political teaching space environment, education, environment, carrying ideological and political education function of the media environment as well as colleges and universities, human and natural landscape, the mental part can be divided into social networks on campus environment and campus environment of public opinion. The material part of the university administrative environment mainly due to the administrative facilities, the spirit of some of the major include school rules and regulations and the preceptor. In this research, we can understand the current situation about ideological and political educational environment in this University. In teaching environment, the survey found that almost everyone in this University approved of the material construction. But there is widely acknowledge that the material construction has been lack of the ideological and political educational function. The spirit of the environment, although in a harmonious tune, is in lack of the consciousness and systemic in ideological and political education. In administrative environment, The construction of physical facilities has follow the principle of "one-stop" office which has obtained majority teachers and students approbation, but "the people" color is not enough strong; In spiritual environment part, this construction strived to fit the needs of students, but the effect is less than ideal. In student governmental environment, the physical facilities are maturing, the limits of the autonomy is in growing development, while lack of enthusiasm in the ideological and political education management. Inside, from the spiritual environment, students self-ability is strong, but some unreasonable phenomenon, which affects students’ ideological and political education is still exists.Explore the optimization of the environment of ideological and political education, and inevitably we need to question, to question, explore the direction of optimization problems. In this part, including the meaning of ideological and political education environment optimized, theoretical basis, the principle of optimization and the optimization of countermeasures, focusing on the research of countermeasures.
