Study On Optimization Of Ideological And Political Education Field In Colleges And Universities

Our country has entered a new era,ideological and political education in colleges and universities is faced with new opportunities and challenges.Adhering to the basic position,viewpoint and method of Marxism,using the Field Theory of Bourdieu as a research tool to analyze ideological and political education in colleges and universities has both theoretical and practical value.The field of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an objective relation category,it is the product of the comprehensive function of habitus,capital and practice.Basing on common logical norms,the participants construct the field of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The field of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the formation of habitus are influenced by the social structure and the requirements of the times.The social structure,historical elements and time elements are imprinted in the field,formed a very diverse system of disposition.That is,Bourdieu means "habitus".The elements of the times,individual practical experience "sojourn" in the participants,gradually gestated new habitus,and tried to change the field.The awakening of students' subjectivity,the popularity of virtual life style and the emergence of new discourse system call for the continuous improvement of ideological and political education field.Habitus need to be internalized in mind and practice through specific practical activities.Therefore,ideological and political education should attach importance to practical education and personality education.A clear goal orientation,overall planning and dynamic system of each other are needed in the process of optimizing the ideological and political education field.Only by facing the problems of current ideological and political education field,constantly debugging during the development and optimization of the field,accepting the past,basing on the present and looking to the future,the ideological and political education field can be optimized.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities can not be separated from the social life system.Only by adhering to "publicity",can the unity of "political" and "educational" be realized fundamentally.Educators should enter the public space bravely,take root in publicity and push forward the change of ideological and political education discourse.At the same time,we should face the rise of the new discourse system and the awakening of students' subjectivity,by transfering part of the right to speak of teachers in exchange for the return of students' field of presence,so that students can actively participate in the optimization of the field of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.As the link between field and habitus,"sense of practice" plays a key role in the formation of good interaction between field and habitus.Therefore,the optimization of the field of ideological and political education needs to pay attention to cultivating a good sense of practice,so as to achieve the goal of educating people in the field.
