With the development of new curriculum reform in elementary school, about theelementary school science teacher special field accomplishment discussion also moreand more fierce. This paper in the teachers’ professional quality, the basis of the study,based on the science of teacher profession professional, the elementary school scienceteacher quality are discussed, in Changchun elementary school science teacher specialfield accomplishment present situation and the existing problems and analysis, and putforward a constructive suggestion. This research has important theoretical significance,help rich elementary school science teacher special field accomplishment theory, furtherexpand the elementary school science education field to research, and the profoundrealistic significance can make the elementary school science teacher special fieldaccomplishment of the system to be more perfect, promote elementary school sciencethe improvement of teaching quality. And the primary school science teachers in the professional quality of thequestionnaire investigation, and surveys and data analysis and comparison, to acceptthis investigation of the Changchun elementary school science teacher special field accomplishment status of overall description.The third part is the elementary school science teacher professional quality statusand analyzes the reasons.The fourth part from the teacher angles and the teacher’s circumstances are putforward to improve the elementary school science teacher special field of the quality ofthe countermeasures.
