With the increase of city ethnic floating population, their children educational problems are aroused the attention in the academic field. This study considers the children educational problems of Hefei ethnic floating population as research object, using depth interview, small symposium, participative observation and other methods to study on the children educational problems of Hefei ethnic floating population (mainly the Hui, Salar, Uygur, Zang nationality and so on), gets a lot of first-hand material. On the reference of the existing research results, based on the field investigation, we want to focus on the school, family and social educational problems of Hefei ethnic floating population’s children. Through the survey, we find some issues existing in children’s school education such as the difficulty to the school entrance, the high cost of education, over age to enter a school, the shortage of further education and so on. Family educations are lack of parent-child interaction and family education is incomplete. The social education has the problem of insufficient channels of receiving and other problems. All the problems of above are caused by some education subjects including the national government, school, family, and society which miss their responsibilities. Working to improve the vulnerable education status of the ethnic floating population’s children need every education subject take responsibility and make full cooperation and work together.Urban ethnic floating population’s children education is not only different from the general mobile population’s, but also different from minority education in ethnic areas. It’s related to the growth of the next generation, social change, the construction of harmonious society, and more related to the practice of the fair education which the whole society focused on. To solve the problem of ethnic floating population’s children education, we should treat the family education, school education and social education as a whole system, and make correct understanding of the ethnic floating population’s children national education and traditional cultures education (including religious knowledge and ethnic culture) should be combined. Education subjects can take some measures such as inclusive education practice, the development of school-based curriculum and so on to meet the special demands of ethnic floating population’s children education, and solve the problems of ethnic floating population’s children education, making they can enjoy equal survival development, and better to adjust to city life.
