Starting in the 1980s,with the accelerating industrialization and urbanization in our country, the population flow is becoming more and more active, a large number of rural labor force to cities, rural migrant workers in cities of survival status and social status has caught the attention of the society more and more,to really change the edge position of migrant workers, equal into cities and is fully accepted, the key point is to let their children also get the acceptance of the city, and with the children in the city to enjoy the same education resources,Make their children to get healthy development of body and mind, this is a problem on society-multicultural communication and social integration and social interaction and integration of different groups. A survey found that the floating children’s social education is very weak, bad atmosphere in society environment and at the same time is in floating children, the cause of this situation is the social education of the floating children lack of enough attention and lack of fair treatment and education channels and unrestricted social media environment, etc.And research results of the floating children generally focused on the entrance of the floating children, school education environment, the quality of teaching and education system, family education research, and for the floating population residential environment includes community outside their school what to play a role, how to use the community to promote migrant children access to education research is still inadequate, so this article from the perspective of sociology, the study of floating children village inside city community education intervention strategies, and agency services, for example, is a kind of innovation, to some extent compensate for the current floating children community education "heavy practice, light theory".The author selected the guangxi zhuang autonomous region, nanning WanXiu Village as survey sites, for Wan Xiu floating children in the village, the use of social integration, social governance and relevant theory of sociology, through questionnaires, participant observation, case interviews and other research, investigation and assessment on WanXiu Village social education environment, the floating children’s social integration and social adaptation process understanding and tracking, a collection of related text, data, for the community education of floating children village inside city in all aspects of the analysis:from the floating children’s family education, school education, the government and NGO service, etc.The study found that because of its special status in city village inside city, tend to be ignored and cause is in a state of the floating children and marginalized, the low level of cultural quality of the floating children parents most, usually busy with work and lead to the lack of family education;Wan Xiu village school for migrant children the opportunity to learn and gain compared with rural schools have more superior learning condition and staffed and equipment, but the school teachers and teaching facilities as urban public schools, there is also a great deal of defects in school education;Most current grassroots community education still focused on the citizen’s civilization quality, consciousness, employment skills training, and so on aspects, the government specifically for migrant children education of community, or too little;Currently in WanXiu Village social worker organization’s activities, their voluntary service involved in not only the urban village migrant children and their parents felt a certain degree of attention, their way of community education has become a way of education innovation exploration, small scale, insufficient ability construction, social organization structure imbalance, lack of independence and sustainability, single source of funds, make social organizations in urban villages floating children help to improve the community education service job is the heart is unable to do.community education, to explore how to apply innovative social governance mechanism, stick to the government on the question of floating children community education’s main body status, collaboration with various support subject, explore how to help migrant children receive better community education, to alleviate their difficulty to accept education, help them establish self-confidence, improve the ability of self-development, and the ability to and into the community to form a good fusion, but also to help the government and society to solve how to gradually realize the innovation of social management system, realize the equalization of public service, to urban villages like floating children and city children enjoy equal education services provide a reference basis.
