Since the 80 s, the migrant worker children education policy has experienced from the "limit" to "discriminatory" and then to the evolution of "people-oriented", more migrant worker children education problem has become the main content of government education reform in the new period. He effectively solve will promote regional resolving the contradiction between urban and rural areas, accelerating the development of urbanization, to build a well-off society in an all-round way and building a harmonious society is of great significance.In recent years, jinjiang city based on the foreign born the harsh realities of a large increase continuously, has adopted a series of solutions, in the province take the lead in implementing public high school tuition-free, pilot college entrance examination, entrance pilot system policy, etc. Jinjiang demand of the floating population children have made great progress in recent years, the floating population children enrolled in public schools ratio of 94%, has been gradually transition from solving the problem of floating population children entrance to the evolution process of optimization of government behavior, improve education quality.However, with the increase of floating population and frequent flow, the current of the floating population children education still need to further perfect the government behavior, solve the problem of floating population children go to school, jinjiang government has become an important work and tasks. Based on jinjiang floating population children education government behavior as the object of empirical study, first introduces jinjiang solve migrant children by the basic situation of compulsory education, including the current background, results and the existing main problems, etc.; Analyzed the reasons of jinjiang children of the floating population; Combining with the relevant city case, the domestic extract accords with the practice of jinjiang can draw lessons from experience, and from strengthening the overall planning, optimize the financial input mechanism, improve the recruitment of students enrollment policy, the development of private education and strengthen family education guidance, etc, puts forward a new countermeasure, and extracted the future in-depth preliminary train of thought and conclusion to solve this problem.
