With the rapid development of computer technology, internet technology, information technology, internet environment has undergone great changes, interactivity, from simple to receive information WEB1.0to engage in highly WEB2.0mankind truly entered the information age, The information society has made new demands on the quality of each individual. Since1974Chairman of the U.S. Infonnation Industry Association, Paul Zurkowski first proposed the concept of infonnation literacy (information literacy), and its connotation and extension to the current development of a lot of changes, information literacy has become the essential qualities of the survival and development of every society people, is an essential skill for lifelong learning and knowledge structure renewal and innovation. Therefore, the pattern of personnel training, information literacy is causing widespread concern in the world, while developing the training objectives and evaluation system, has gradually become an important indicator to measure talent.This thesis studies the evolution of information literacy, the main evaluation criteria, Anhui region at the graduate status, for example, to analyze its causes, refer to the relevant literature on the problems to come up with effective strategies for the further implementation of information literacy education provide a useful reference. From a few specific aspects were discussed:Chapter1introduces the problem of information literacy research background, the significance of this study, methods, ideas and innovation. Chapter2describes the evolution of the background information literacy and information literacy, as well as the definition of infonnation literacy. Chapter3details the evaluation criteria of information literacy, as well as with the current internet to develop evaluation standards for information literacy. Graduate information literacy standards in Chapter4, based on internet environment to develop the Anhui area colleges and universities in graduate school Information Literacy in the questionnaire, the use of individual interviews, online questionnaires, on-site issuance of the questionnaire investigation to obtain first-hand information. To sort out its problems, to analyze the existing problems, the role change our concepts, the emphasis on information literacy education, improve the English level of graduate students to play the mentor’s words and deeds, the gradual improvement of information literacy education content and the use of lectures, the introduction of Big6skills embedded teaching, the implementation of effective implementation of the subject librarian to develop a variety of ways to protect information literacy education.
