The prosperity of the country,the prosperity of cities and the progress of science and technology are inseparable from everyone who works hard.Due to the pressure of work and life,more and more parents devote most of their energy to career development,so they don't have enough time to look after and accompany their children,which makes(foreign)grandparents bear the burden of supporting the upbringing of their grandchildren.At the same time,the development of children's interpersonal communication level has a vital impact on children's future growth and the formation of character.Parent-child communication is the earliest communication way that children can contact,while grandparents spend more time with children,which plays an important role in the cultivation of children's interpersonal communication ability.Therefore,in-depth study of the impact of joint education on children's interpersonal relationship is of great significance.Taking families in urban areas as the media,this study investigates all children in small class,middle class and large class of a public kindergarten in H City,selects families whose parenting mode is intergenerational parenting,and randomly selects 50 children in small class,middle class and large class,a total of 150 children as the research object.It mainly uses questionnaire and interview methods to investigate the family parenting of children The basic information of intergenerational educators and the interpersonal communication of children aged 3-6 are investigated,and the obtained data are statistically analyzed to draw relevant conclusions.Through the analysis of the data and the combing of the interview content,it can be concluded that the parenting behavior of the grandparents is generally good;The older the grandparents are,the more they care for children;The higher the educational background of the grandparents,the less psychological pressure they exert on children;The more positive the parenting intention of grandparents,the more positive their parenting behavior is;The living style of grandparents determines the degree of participation in parenting behavior.With the growth of children's age,the performance of withdrawal behavior will decrease,and in the performance of aggressive behavior,boys' aggressive behavior is more than girls' aggressive behavior;There is a significant correlation between urban family joint education and children's interpersonal communication.The performance behavior of joint education directly affects the development of children's interpersonal communication ability.In view of the practical impact of urban family joint education on children's interpersonal communication,this study puts forward the corresponding educational suggestions as follows:first,improve the educational awareness of grandparents;Second,help children form a sense of independence;Third,improve the effectiveness of parent-child companionship;Fourth,give play to the educational joint role of grandparents;Fifth,create an environment and opportunities suitable for children's communication.
