The new socialist countryside construction with Chinese characteristics is a brand project of social construction in China, the construction of new rural areas relies on the majority of farmers. Farmers play important roles in the process of new rural development, their qualities and ideological awareness have a direct impact on the progress of the cultivation of new farmers, related to the success of the new rural construction. At present, the construction of new countryside has achieved fruitful results. Farmers’houses have changed into a unified community from a messy village. The farmers’ health insurance and pension system have been establishing and gradually implemented low households system. The farmers have comfortable houses, medical services and a sense of security. Whether they can adapt to the new living environment in terms of ideology, ability to work closely with the new historical conditions, and give full play to the advantages of ideological orientation, in order to further accelerate the pace of building in rural areas, the development of the ideological education of rural communities an urgent requirement. Therefore, based on research on typical rural communities in Xingtai, Hebei, the author researched deeply the study of rural community’s ideological education, influencing factors, and the countermeasures. Playing the role of main force, the farmers promote to build a well-being society in every sense in the countryside.With researching the communities of West Kansai mouth, east horn community, the community of the roller head, the corner of the community, the Sanyi Temple community, emerging communities, and these 10 communities have different economic developing level. This article analyzed the problems in the development of rural communities ideological education, and also analyzed the factors of government, community leaders, peasants and ideological education. Furthermore, the article gives the countermeasures of developing the rural community education.This article is divided into seven parts:Part One: Introduction. This article is mainly talking about the background and significance of the thesis writing, research status, and a brief introduction of research ideas, research objects and methods, and innovative point of this study. Part Two: Definition of related theories and concepts. This section is the basic and the supporting part of the whole text. It is briefly talking about the leaders’idea of peasants’quality, such as Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping. It talks about the definition of the connotation of new rural construction and education in rural communities and rural communities, and analyzed the function of education in rural communities and rural communities.Part Three: Draw on the successful experience of community education at home and abroad. Through learning from mode of community education of the United States, Japan, Korea, and concluded that the success stories of domestic, we can draw a conclusion of the ways of the development of our country.Part Four: Hebei province xingtai investigation and analysis on the development of education in rural communities. Through the analyzing, generating, we can find out the problems of the ideological education in rural communities’development.Part Five: Analysis of the factors that influence the development of rural community’s ideological education, the factors involved the government, the community cadre, masses of peasants and the rural ideological education work itself.Part Sixth: The countermeasures for the further development of the ideological education of rural communities. From the government, the community, village committee and community leaders on four aspects of the further development of the rural community education countermeasures, and puts forward the construction of" four in one " of the new model.Part Seven: Conclusion. Make a summary the whole article and talk about the primary coverage and major point.
