| The introduction of the "Rural Revitalisation Strategy" has given importance and clarity to the policy of promoting rural education and giving priority to its development.Despite the continuous socio-economic development,which has shortened the economic distance between urban and rural areas,there is still a big gap in the development of education between urban and rural areas in terms of education level.The shortage of teachers in rural areas is an important factor contributing to the gap between urban and rural education.Therefore,the development of rural education is fundamental to the construction and development of a rural teaching force,and it occupies a pivotal position in the development of education in China.At the same time,compulsory education is the first step for students to enter formal schools to receive education and learning,and is a key stage in a person’s growth chain to lay the foundation for all-round development,while teachers in the rural compulsory education stage are responsible for the quality of education and teaching in the rural compulsory education stage,so the construction of the rural teaching force is of great importance.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the teaching force at the rural compulsory education stage and improve the teaching quality of rural teachers,which can not only help rural children to obtain quality and fair education,but also is crucial to improving the teaching quality of rural compulsory educationThis paper takes District M as the research object,based on the background of rural revitalisation,and studies the current situation of the construction of the rural teacher team at the compulsory education stage in District M.Combining the theoretical basis of the construction of the rural teacher team,the paper explores the current situation of the construction of the rural teacher team at the compulsory education stage in District M through the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,analyses its causes based on its existing problems,and proposes to improve the construction of the rural teacher team in District M.The author’s study found that in M District,the rural teachers’ team in M District has been built up.The author’s study found that the proportion of female rural teachers is slightly larger than that of male teachers,the loss of middle-aged and middle-aged teachers is serious,the overall education level of the teaching force is high,the distribution of titles is uneven,and the distribution of subjects is unreasonable.The main problems in the construction of its rural teaching force at the compulsory education level include an unreasonable structure of the teaching force,a lack of equity in school management,poor treatment and environment,a lack of professional identity,a serious imbalance in teaching subjects,and a low standard of the teaching force.The study found that the main reasons affecting the construction of a rural teaching force in the region were: uneven allocation of teaching resources,a heavy traditional bureaucratic culture,an overly formal training mechanism,inadequate teacher ethics,an insufficiently scientific assessment mechanism,and the existence of a bad social climate.On this basis,a further analysis of the causes of the problems in the current situation of rural teacher construction in the M district at the compulsory education stage is launched,and countermeasures are proposed to improve the construction of the rural teacher team in the region accordingly,so as to provide certain talent support for rural revitalisation,mainly: optimising the allocation of rural education resources,regulating the fair management of rural education,advocating respect for teachers and the construction of a rural culture,strengthening the professional identity of teachers and their moral ethics,improving the teacher evaluation and assessment system,and enhancing the capability level of the rural teacher team.The aim is to provide reference for the education department of District M in managing the teaching force,to help the implementation and execution of the three-year action plan for education in District M,as well as to provide other districts in Q with experience in building a rural teaching force at the compulsory education level,and to contribute to the revitalisation of rural education while improving the quality of rural education in Q. |
