It is according to certain principles, procedures and methods to achieve the education target that teaching management is for teaching activities planning, organizing, leading and controlling process. This paper focuses on the research on the sports department of Grade 2008 Xi’an institute of physical education teaching activities for the minors process, which uses a literature method, questionnaire survey method, experts interview method, mathematics statistics method,25 minor teachers, 424 students on the related research.The investigation and analysis of the conclusions are as follows:(1) It’s basic reasonable to the training goal of Xi’an institute of physical education minors, part of the professional training targets needs to continue to modify perfectly;it has the stress of training contents, but ignores the theoretical knowledge and the importance of specialized skills.(2) Part of P.E.minor teachers and students of Xi’an institute of physical education lacks of understanding of teaching and learning,holds on positive attitude; it is not clear for student to select courses and fuzzy of learning goals.(3) It is basically feasible of minor teachers’teaching methods and means of Xi’an institute of physical education, but some teachers need to improve their methods and introduce new teaching means; it is not very ideal to the minor students’ theory knowledge and technical skills; Teachers’ teaching skills don’t balance, need to be supplement and perfect.(4) Xi’an institute of physical education minor lessons are lacking of the selection methods,so it needs to appropriate regulation of institute, according to actual situations to improve them; the minors’assessment and evaluation systems are not perfect, whih need to set up the comprehensive system.(5) It is not pay enough attention to minor teaching of our school that some minors lack of professional teachers and equipments which seriously influences the teaching process and the smooth completion of the teaching tasks.Recommendations:(1)With the development of physical education specialty of Xi’an Institute of vice training programmes, should be combined with the deputy’s own characteristics and social demand for sports teachers, deputy teaching for PE major importance to training, targeted training for today’s social talents.(2)Should be clearly formulated teaching of deputy of Xi’an Institute of physical education training objectives, detailed planning the contents of syllabus, allows the teachers to teach, the students to learn, teaching activities without detours or do not work hard; Make the teaching tasks can be completed successfully.(3)According to the actual situation of the school vice class methods should be rationally set, make full use of existing facilities and resources for teachers in schools, to enhance teachers’ salary, reflecting teachers’ real values; strengthening teachers’ and students’ awareness and practical significance of deputy teaching, schools training objectives into practices.(4)For the actual situation of the students and improve teaching methods and means, perfecting the system of examinations and evaluations; focusing on training of teaching ability of students, developing students’ interests.(5)Should make every effort to improve the section of Xi’an Institute of professional facilities, provide teachers and students with excellent teaching and learning environment; respect the qualification of teachers,introduce and improve the present lacking teachers.
