Aerobics projects developed over twenty years in china, has been as the pupilsand students programmes of the content and sports instructors and training materials,make the physical fitness training contents of school, enterprises and institutions andsocial activities and so on. Aerobics is one of the main course of the physicaleducation, plays an important role in the teaching process , along with the aerobicsprogram as an important event, the Games performances and performance needs of arange of social activities, aerobics program development of more and moreattention.Sports education profession as efforts to cultivate sports teacher strengthimportant professional , shoulders to promote development of sports in schoolsimportant responsibilities. Adapting to such methodologies as literaturematerial,survey,interview,numeric statistic and so on,analysis comparative normalinstitutions Normal University (Beijing Normal University, South China NormalUniversity, East China Normal University, Central China Normal University,Shandong Normal University) and sports institutions (Beijing Sport University,Shandong Institute of Physical Education, Tianjin Institute of Physical Education,Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education, Wuhan Institute of Physical Education )aerobics teaching of the status quo, teacher, training objectives, student status andother aspects, summary the differences between the two , find out the best meetingpoint of two ctegories of institutions development, to promote the healthydevelopment of the sports education professional .These views and opinions of the study are as follows :(1) In ten of institutes, the male teacher of aerobics percentage too small, shouldincrease male aerobics teacher, normal institutions should increase the teacher of thehigh level of the skills,sport institutions should increase the teacher of educationstandards, increase the aerobics teacher training opportunities and increase the ranksof professional quality of aerobics.(2) Sport institution is a great advantage, there is a relatively independent training venue, normal institution is sharing a number of sports training venues, shouldstrengthen the construction of the aerobics teaching facilities, to ensure quality ofteaching and training, normal institute should build special teaching and training ofthe aerobics, increase in per capita area in the aerobics.(3) In the teaching of lack of confidence and expression, artistic accomplishment andtaste for ability, only a few normal institutes in such a stage involves physical fitnessand movement difficulty, the exercise of special programmes,etc. aerobics musicteaching There is no institutional settings receive operation, should increase thequality education, for instance, humanities,esthetic,artistic expression. In the courseoftraining and examining pay attention to the students the ability to training andexamination of the organization.(4) Only 3.5%.of the boy choose aerobics as his speciality in the normal institute ,simply 11.3% of the boy choose aerobics as his specialityin the sport institute, asmotivation and conditions and other factors. In the same time the institutes changeteachers and the hardware conditions, should increase the dynamics of events,gymnastics halls of the market and encourage students, especially boys as a specialselection aerobics, change the project development uneven.Specializing in teachingprocess, we must strengthen the comprehensive ability , improve training skills andteaching ability, to increase students’ society ability.
