Sports as a kind of professional degree of master, in China’s higher educationpersonnel training is very important. To suit the social development needs, especially inorder to meet the needs of many on-the-job personnel work and personal, the competentdepartment of education in our country in some in line with the conditions for offeringeducation of colleges and universities the link of on-the-job master of sports training, thetraining mode and training process in many years of exploring, developing and perfecting.In order to clear and clear understanding at all levels, all types of graduate studenteducation characteristics, evaluation of current status of postgraduate education in ourcountry develop, continuously improve the quality of graduate education. This articleUSES the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expert interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods, in the process of on-the-job master ofsports culture in jiangsu province in the training objectives, curriculum setting, teachingmethods, teacher team construction, degree thesis writing and so on questions to carry onthe investigation and study, to explore the mode and way to cultivate, on-the-job graduatestudent to embody Settings in the value of the mfa, promote on-the-job sports in ourcountry the healthy development of the master’s degree. The main research conclusions areas follows:1, Soochow university and nanjing sports institute since2005began to recruiton-the-job master of sports, the recruitment of students scale increases year by year. Of thetwo schools of suzhou university, nanjing institute of physical education enrollment rate to66.7%and150%. Teachers group occupy79.8%of the total enrollment, administrativepersonnel and the coaches were6.9%and13.3%respectively. Up to81.7%of the studentsto improve their education level, the purpose of one’s deceased father grind to improve their overall level of knowledge, the proportion is as high as55.2%. Suzhouuniversity on teaching training theory to teach, and nanjing sports institute focuses onsports event management etc. Survey showed that18.6%of the students hope to studyeducation theory knowledge,37.2%of the students like to study system of the relevantknowledge of subjects, while42.4%of students want to study education teaching researchmethods.5, The current on-the-job graduate student teaching teaching methods includinglectures, case analysis and panel discussion, teaching regular seminars and other four kindsof forms, etc. For the current teaching methods, there are45.5%students think that thetraditional approach of classroom teaching with the combination of theory and practice ofhave been unable to meet their requirements, they tend to use panel discussion, caseresearch about the way of teaching and practice teaching are discussed.6, More than half of the students think that their dissertation topic selection and moreto academic, under the guidance of teachers and paper process management requirementsis relatively low, only22%of students think teacher asked them to finish the paper,14.7%of students think teachers neglect the guidance of the dissertation, only14.7%of studentsthink the teacher can according to their own characteristics, on the basis of paper practicalguide the thesis writing.7, In order to improve the quality of in-service master program in colleges anduniversities in jiangsu province, must increase on-the-job master’s professional sports authorization centers, moderately expand the scale of enrollment. Set up and update insports science master’s courses, adopt diversified forms of classroom teaching, increase thesports skill teaching skill. To strengthen the teaching method reform, and constantlyimprove the ability of sports science research. Reform plan, increasing the on-the-jobmaster sports skills taught. Strengthen on-the-job sports scientific research basic ability ofpostgraduate cultivation.
