Impact Qinzhou College Physical Education Teaching Relevant Factors

School sports is an important part of school education, including physical education teaching, extra-curricular sports activities, sports team training, sports equipment, sports funding invested, faculty development, and sports management. The task of the school sports is to develop the quality of students’hard-working will enable students to have a robust body, is more important is to teach students scientific method of exercise. The article uses the literature, the Delphi method, questionnaires, interviews, and mathematical statistics, logic analysis, Qinzhou College School sports work-related factors. In order to strengthen the work of Qinzhou City Secondary Schools Sports organizations and the promotion of physical education reform to provide a reference.The study found that:Qinzhou City middle school physical education hours too few teaching materials systemic, unreasonable content, the form of monotonous teaching and other issues; school-sided pursuit of the tendency of the transition rate is still very serious, academic burden on students is still too weight. School leaders on adolescent health, lack of concern and attention,resulting in extra-curricular activities offered by the school can not meet the needs of students physical exercise and sports activities can not be guaranteed, students do not do the one hour of exercise a day, no know how to learn sports skills to self-training school physical education have been seriously affected; requirements and measures of the national school sports are not implemented. Insufficient number of most of the school physical education teachers, the lack of female physical education teacher, senior teacher of the total number of less than normal; most schools physical education teaching standards and teachers’ level of scientific research needs to be improved; physical education teachers lesson plans written specification, the majority do not follow the textbook teaching to individual schools to progress of teaching content is inconsistent with the lesson plans; students to master the physical skills, the students’interest, the venue is too small a number of school sports activities, sports equipment is still inadequate, no sports to ensure funding; the school does not have a specific sports teaching inspection team sports instruction by the line supervision, in order to better promote the development of school sports; sports teaching is not specific to do the teaching of abilities of the organization; sports theory class to teach is not to implement the requirements by country, recognize too few students basic theoretical knowledge of sports. This is the sports work.To solve these problems, the paper proposes the following measures, provide a reference in order to strengthen the organization of Qinzhou City Secondary Schools Sports and the promotion of physical education reform(1) changes in physical education development, and actively promote the concept of physical education, teaching methods, a fundamental change in method of organization.(2)the guidance to promote the development of sports content, the development of school physical education should actively explore the establishment of pluralistic institutions of physical education in line with the characteristics of Qinzhou City to promote the balanced development of compulsory.(3)actively seek the sports funds of funds, and strive to improve the modernization level of physical education teaching.(4)innovative training system, efforts to enhance the overall quality of Morality and Style.(5)the execution of the Physical Education Management, adhere to the strict administration of teaching, and standardize management.(6)Strengthen the construction of the sports style, concentrated on protecting the status of sports teaching in school-, indepth to promote daily physical exercise one hour of activity, one hour of exercise a day through physical education classes,calisthenics, morning exercises, extra-curricular sports activities and other forms of assurance; to promote recess in the form of spotrs activities, by adjusting the schedule.
