Research purposes:This article through to the influence factors of binzhou city ruralprimary and middle school students to participate in physical exercise presentsituation investigation and analysis, the influence factors of affecting studentsphysical exercise, and put forward reasonable Suggestions to summarize and developeffectively exercise means and ways to improve this situation.Research significance:This study thinks that the factors affecting students’ physicalexercise is by the family and school and the level of attention from all walks of life, isnot enough to only physical education as a teaching task. We should focus oncultivating primary and middle school students’ physical exercise consciousness,improve the students’ physical exercise consciousness as an important part of teaching,establish and improve the professional sports teachers’ extracurricular physicalexercise guidance system, improve and strengthen the protection of sports equipmentfacilities, strengthen publicity, sports culture, rich in various primary and secondaryschools, and the formation of strong among primary and middle schools sportsatmosphere. In this way can fully stimulate students the effect of physical exercise, toimprove the health level of our citizens to make certain contribution. And based onthe factors influencing the binzhou rural primary and middle school students’ physicalexercise of the investigation and analysis, access to a large number of literature, underthe guidance of a mentor affecting the influence factors of binzhou rural primary andmiddle school students’ physical exercise. And find the reasonable physical trainingmethods and means to improve the rural primary and middle school students’ physicalfitness can better for them to lay a good foundation for the study and life, to improvethe primary and middle school students to integrate and adapt to the ability of thesociety.Research methods:This paper using the questionnaire survey to the binzhou cityinvestigation, analyzing the present situation and problems of rural primary andmiddle school students’ physical exercise next using mathematical statistics data andcalculation of work and so on, at last, through expert interview method and literature method, the paper summarizes the research results, and put forward reasonableSuggestions and countermeasures.The results of the study:Through the statistics of questionnaire and literature datawe can clearly find: binzhou city middle and primary school students each primaryand secondary schools in the rural area sports equipment is relatively perfect, theatmosphere of physical exercise is not strong, the consciousness of the primary andmiddle school students’ physical exercise is not too strong, sports and after-schoolfitness guidance on KeKe is not comprehensive, primary and middle school studentsphysical exercise interest high enough that several aspects of the response is thestrongest, which is main factor affecting the binzhou rural primary and middle schoolstudents’ physical exercise.Research conclusion and suggestion:Sum up the influence of binzhou city middleand primary school sports were the main influencing factors of primary and middleschool students of other factors such as individual, family and school. Personal factorsincluding primary and middle school students of personal physical exercise habits,exercise programs, to the purpose of physical exercise time and exercise, etc. Familyfactors including parents of primary and middle school students to participate inphysical exercise cognitive attitude and parents exercise directly or indirectly impacton the primary and middle school students, etc. Affect the binzhou rural primary andsecondary school students physical exercise school factors including school emphasison students’ physical exercise and exercise conditions provided by the students, etc.;Other factors include government support, such as sports equipment field. In view ofthe above factors through the analysis of these problems, and proposes to strengthenrural sports facilities, increase the investment in school sports economic and humanresources, strengthen the rural physical education work and the media publicity ofreasonable and effective Suggestions.
